Operators is provided in partnership with Bootstrappers.mn and is intended to connect seasoned operators who have successfully scaled businesses with emerging founders. Through these connections, we explore the core operational foundations needed to grow technology companies across key functional areas.

By connecting new founders and experienced operators, we are able to share perspectives, experiences, and best practices that accelerate organizational growth and reduce costly mistakes.

The program has been developed to support emerging companies with increasing customers, expanding revenue and growing headcount.

BETA Alumni, startups participating in a current BETA Cohort or external organizations can apply to participate in Operators.
